Bryan read the October minutes and they were accepted by Kevro and 2nd Colin
The November minutes were also read by Bryan and accepted by John B and 2nd Ryan

Nominations for the 2009-10 executive

Secretary: Rob Couch or Jamie Erwin
Treasurer: Rick Brown
Conservation: Dave Reid or Rob Couch
Youth Director: Randy Cronkwright

Jamie Erwin dropped out of the Secretary position, Rob Couch dropped out of the Conservation Directors position. So there was no need for a Vote.

V.P./Tournament Director: Roy talked about the Banquet for the club. Rob Kennedy is looking into setting up a date at the Baker Island Hall (Trenton Base). This will take place between January and February on a Saturday night. Price isn’t set as of yet. Meal will be Chicken or Beef. Also anyone who can get door prizes or gifts please bring them or contact Roy.

Treasurers report: was read and accepted by Don 2nd JR

Youth/Shirts report: Lee discussed the facts and details of the shirts, that we can order from Ken Hamilton. Pepe pepped up and all members turn in shock to see Pepe at a meeting. A shirt committee was made by members  Lee, Ryan S, Kevro and Ashley Rae. These members will come up with shirt designs for the club to choose from.

New Business:

Dave Davis and James Davis Thanked the club for the flowers and the support for their loss and hard times.
Doug Cheer asked non-boaters like him self to stand and thank all the boaters in the club for the 2008 season.

Bassmagnetlures might be coming to the next meeting?

Wayne talked about the spring fishing show that is coming. Members that are going should try and help @ the Casting for Kids Event.

Terry is working on getting ice time for some hockey members should call Terry if interested.
