Treasures report: Accepting the Treasurers report Terry 2nd Carl

Tournament report: The location of the first bass Tournament for 2009 has been changed to Limerick lake. Lee would like input on a change to the points system for this year.

Shirts- key points
- Ken Hamilton sent Lee forums for all members to fill out. The info needed is size, and sponsors
-The shirts will have the Quintebassmasters logo on the back with font on the right breast
-Shirts must be order by march
-3 sponsors so far
-Any members that would like to put a sponsor/logo on their shirts need to have a vector file 150 dots per inch
-shirts can have up to 6 sponsors
-The Canadian flag will be faded on the shirts
Anyone who would like more info on the shirts need to contact Lee ASAP

Youth report: Randy is looking into getting the use of a pool from the Belleville fish and game club. The price of Trout are out to lunch! The club looks like it will be running the trout pond but need more members to help! Randy is going to setup a panfishing event for kids April 26 in Napanee 1-3pm.

Conservation: nothing

Secretary: Members need to contact Rob if they have a change on email/phone #’s

A motion was put forward by Bryan Q to take the 3 sponsors and pay the difference on the shirts
