Rob Kirk talked about the Fishing School that will be held Nov 21/22 in Waterloo and displayed new product for this year.

Youth report:
Randy thanked all members and sponsors for helping at the fishing event held in Napanee. Pictures and a write have been posted on time on the water as well as the club site. Randy is also looking for members that would like to help out at the Belleville Police fishing event.

-Lee talked about the shirt and they will be in very soon!
-The club needs more boaters

-Lee thanked members for participating in the Fire Truck pull. The club ranked 4th out of 15, and will be entering next year!
Presidents report:
"Club members who have had the opportunity to acquire a club shirt are expected to wear them to regular club tournament weigh-ins, and events. Members not wearing club shirts at tournament weigh-ins will be not be eligible for big bass award. Members who persistently choose not to wear club shirts at weigh-ins may have their individual catches disqualified at the discretion of the tournament director in consultation with the club executive. Mitigating factors and extenuating circumstances will be given due consideration on a case by case basis.

-The club is looking into getting new weight-in bags * Brian Q made the motion to buy 5 proper weigh-in bags 2nd Case passed
-The club is going to hold a Gals/Pals Bass tournament this year more info to come
