President: Bryan talked about Blair Smith a former member of the Quinte Bassmasters. There is a benefit dance for Blair October 20th in Stirling. Tickets were for sale at the meeting or at the door for $10 each. The doors open at 7pm.
There is an OBF meeting October 20th, contact Bryan for more info.
Positions on the OBF executive terms are coming to an end so, any members thinking about running can contact Bryan.

The fall brawl is October 13th and teams can pay the morning of October 13th
Treasures report:
Everything looks good at this point; there are still some checks that need to
be cashed. The report was accepted by: Don T and 2nd by Ryan S
Tournament director: Roy discussed the possibilities for banquet and needed members to help find donations for the door prizes.
Conservation director: Members that have NOT completed conservation or a youth project have 2 chances this month. The first is October 21st @ Deerrock. Members will meet at Tim Horton’s in Tweed @ 7:30am. There will also be food and drinks provided. The second clean up is October 28th on the Trent River, members can get more info from Ron at Skevy’s outdoors.
